• Order details — what you bought, the price paid, and the payment reference
• Your prescription, where you give it to us, so we can make your lenses
• Your email address, if you choose to sign up for marketing email
• Basic analytics about how the site is used

Your prescription

A prescription is health information. It is used to make your lenses and to service your order, it is visible to our optical team, and it is never sold or used for advertising.

Payments

Payments are processed through UPI. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Analytics and advertising

We use analytics to understand which pages and products people find useful, and advertising tools to measure whether our ads work. These set cookies in your browser — see our cookie policy.

Marketing email

Marketing email is opt-in: you receive it only if you ticked the box asking for it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. Order and delivery updates are transactional and are sent regardless, because they are part of the order you placed.

Your data, your call

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Get in touch through our contact page and we will action it. Some records — invoices, for instance — we may have to keep for tax purposes.
