The price shown is for the frame. You choose your lenses at checkout — plain, blue-light filtering, or your prescription — and the lens cost is added there so you can see exactly what each option costs before you commit.

Every product page lists the measurements we have for that frame — lens width, bridge width and temple length in millimetres. Compare those against a pair you already wear comfortably; the numbers are usually printed on the inside of the temple.

At checkout you can upload a photo of your prescription, type the values in yourself (SPH, CYL, AXIS and PD for each eye), or place the order and send it to us afterwards. Copy the numbers exactly as they appear on the prescription your optometrist gave you — we fit the lenses to those values and do not change them.

Orders with prescription lenses take a little longer, because the lenses are cut and fitted before the frame ships.

Yes. Our store details and opening hours are on the stores page — walk in for a fitting, an eye test, or just to try things on.

A tint reduces overall brightness. A polarized lens additionally filters light reflected off flat surfaces — water, wet roads, car bonnets — which is why it is the usual choice for driving. Where a frame is polarized, it says so on its product page; where it does not say so, it is not.

Yes, on most frames. Choose your prescription lens option at checkout and we fit tinted prescription lenses to the frame before it ships.

They are frames fitted with a lens that filters part of the blue-violet light emitted by screens and reduces reflections off the lens surface. That is a description of the lens, not a medical treatment — if your eyes are hurting, see an optometrist.

Yes. Zero-power blue-light filtering lenses are available on these frames, and you can also have them made to your prescription if you wear one.

For made-to-order reading lenses we need your add power — the ADD value on your prescription. If you do not have a prescription, an optometrist can give you one; we cannot determine your reading power for you.

A single-vision reading lens has one power throughout, for near work. A progressive lens transitions between distance, intermediate and near power in one lens, so you do not swap glasses. Progressives cost more and take some adjustment.

Most hard cases fit standard adult frames. Oversized sunglasses can be a tight fit — message us with the frame you have and we will tell you.
